2. You will receive a confirmation email & within 24 hours I will send you your initial assessment (from which you will be able to choose a date & time for our initial zoom call)
3. You will receive an email with the zoom call information. Simply click on the link within the email to join the meeting
4. Every week you will receive a questionnaire to fill out so I can track your progress
5. Every month we will schedule a zoom call to go over your progress
